Too Much Overthinking

This project has the purpose to reduce everyday overthinking. In my opinion, fully escaping overthinking is impossible and not necessary, since it is indeed important, however reducing the small ones could be useful also to save time.
Consequently, over a few weeks I applied six different experiments on myself, to reduce my personal overthinking.
I came up with six different ideas:
 A) I personally hate bell peppers, so my solution was to eat a piece of pepper every time I overthink about something. I didn’t expect this to work, however eating something I hate, made my mind focus on something else and forget my initial thought.
B) I started to learn again how to knit, which made my mind relax.
C) I got inspired by the Jim Carrey’ s movie “Yes Man” (2008).  I usually find myself having a hard time when making small unimportant decisions. In order to reduce this indecision, I created this ring and watch that can spin and land or on YES or NO. Obviously, using a flip coin would have the same results.
I used this technique just for a few days, and I started to notice already improvements in my decision making progress.
D) For my Self Reportage, I didn't use the given sheet in the website, but I reported my overthinking into a crochet piece. I used a different colour depending on what I overthought about.
E) This experiment has also the purpose to reduce small daily life overthinking. Some small actions I mostly overthink about are:
- Decide what to wear in the morning when I'm in a rush
- Decide what to eat everyday
By consequence, my solutions are to prepare my clothes the evening before, and to do meal prepping
F) On this experiment, AI chooses for you what to do during the day
