- Group project
- Book graphic design + Community work
- Skills: Writing; Graphics; Screen Printing

This was a collaborative project, with UNIT 38, an architecture company, and the community of Wards Corner in Tottenham. Our main focus was to find a way to bring the excitement back to the Latin American Community, after the Seven Sisters market closed down.

“Our goal is to reinvigorate Seven Sisters Market through the sharing of personal anecdotes and recipes. By connecting and bringing together people through shared cultural experiences, we attempt to spark and reignite the liveliness of the market while maintaining its original charm and independence. The market itself has historically been a hub and a home to many; in doing our work we hope to bring it back to what it once was, to the people for the people.”
Our final outcome consists of:
1) Cookbook
Multilingual book: in Spanish and in English (if flipped)
2) Binder version
(In order to give people to give people from their community, the opportunity to add their own pages of recipes; to make it more personal and then become their Cookbook)
3) Leaflet version
(Could be given around to people (from and not from the community); and in order to give a ‘taste’ of how the cookbook would look like)
4) Website
(Has the purpose to advertise the market and the community; to promote the Cookbook; to bring more services, such as the cooking experience and add your recipe template reviews)
